Napa 487 Winery & Spa brings the ambience of Napa Valley to Northeast Ohio.
Founded by Ray and Patti Seuffert, Napa 487 Winery & Spa was inspired by decades of travel and a deep appreciation for Napa Valley’s celebrated wine culture.
Their vision reimagines the intimacy, craftsmanship, and hospitality of classic Napa wineries in an unexpected and beautiful setting.

Construction Updates
January 2026
The vision for Napa 487 Winery & Spa is fully designed, and our land is prepared for transformation. Building plans have been finalized, and the site is ready for construction. At this time, our construction permits are temporarily on hold as the Summit County Sewer District completes essential infrastructure improvements, including new sewer mains and lines adjacent to our property.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to sharing continued progress on this page as our destination takes shape.
